We submitted all the evidence to IGG who continue telling us the same canned lines over and over. We are a family guild of 6 and have been stalked and harassed by another player for over 3 weeks. Submission of issue tickets go unresolved. IGG cares nothing of its players and only care about the money they collect. IGG allows bullying and harassment by players These people should not only lose their online gaming license they should be locked up in prison for thievery. Something that is meant to be fun has been turned into a cheap and sickening game. I will continue to tell all I play with to do as I have done and download another poker app that doesn't cheat and take chips for their own ptofit. This company should not be allowed to operate online gaming with their unfair and dishonest gaming practices. They say the dealing is completely random but to lose every hand on the river card is criminal. Had 7 billion chips taken away with this type of dealing from their servers and the only players that benefit are those of Asian descent. Buy chip packages and they take them by dealing winning hands to the worst hands possible in poker only to drain your chips so you will continue to buy chips so they may continue to operate their cheating site. So for every 100 castles there's only 20 players. Almost everyone I know who plays has a minimum of 5 castles. most OG players have retired many people have just walked away but IGG states an enormous amount of users. Imagine how fast someone can perform 4 page movement and clicks take a few seconds but bots perform those movements faster and watching the bots move from castle in milliseconds filming that, but IGG still can't catch them. I was recently in K622 and bits were rampant. They promise a fair and balanced game experience but I guarentee you over half the players are BOTS.

They don't check, 90% of all data streams have anomolies especially server based games. They say and I quote and stop me if you've heard this from IGG 20 plus times. There app crashes at minimum 5 times a day, check your own phone if you have it. IGG lies, they always say we will investigate, I have showed them video, pictures and crayon drawings.lol they couldn't catch a BOT if the bit told them it was a bot.
